Default Everyday Same Question!

Ever since I got my C6 I seem to get the same question from at least one person or "idiot" everyday. "So, you get a lot of pu$$y with this car?" I always tell them, thats not why I got it. These cars are not the chick magnets that everyone thinks they are. I dont drive down the street and get panties thrown at me from every which way. I mean yes I get a lot of compliments but no women throwing themselves at me. Does anyone else get that question a lot?

Ya know if a guy needs to buy a Corvette to impress the "chicks" he has many other problem's. And if a "chick" throws herself at a guy just because he own's/drive's a vette she has more issues than I'd want to deal with.

To whomever asks you that question next time, say "Would you ask me that question if I were a chick?"

All they ask me is if gets 12 miles to the gallon.

Had mine for a year. No one has ever asked me this. Perhaps it's because Corvettes are not exactly uncommon where I live.

At my age (40), everyone just assumes it's my midlife crisis car. I've been driving a Vette before though and plan on driving one until I can't drive no more!

This describes the reaction I most often receive. Even though it is my first Vette, I have owned many other (lesser) sports cars. But yes, it is just another crisis!!!!!

I always get the "must be compensating for something" remark. I just play along and reply, "getting rid of my Vette won't make IT get any bigger."

Usually the person commenting is one of those people who thinks a person should only have the things they "need" to get along. I don't understand the point of a life based solely on having ones "needs" met.

yea i get asekd the same question and I reply, "yea, i go into the bars twirling the corvette keys around my fingers"

But i have to admit, a ride in the car has definitely turmned on some women before, but i dont think it got me anything i wasnt already going to get.

If that's why I own a fine car it would be something like an SL500. Selection of bait influences what you will catch. I would rather reel in what the SL would attract than the vette. But I avoid women as much as possible now.

haha they ask you that at age 36?

I cant imagine what theyre gonna think about me at 22 or the other few young vette owners around here. 1.5 weeks left until I get mine..

And when people who are jealous ask me why I need such a car, my smarta$$ response is always "Because I'm rich and I can do whatever I want"

hahaha

I had the dealer install the pu$$y magnet in my car before delivery.

Seriously though if a woman wants to be with me because of the car I drive she has another thing coming.
