Black out kit
I put the black out lens on my tail lights earlier. It said to clean the tail light lens with the alcohol swab so the tape with stick without a problem. Next I wanted to stick on yellow Altec tail light grill on top of the black out. Since these use tape also, I figured that using an alcohol swab on the black lens would be best to make sure it was clean. When the alcohol came in contact with the black lens, a white haze formed. I tried just water, then soapy water to remove the haze without success. I don't know if it matters, but I was doing this outside in the sun. The lens was warm to hot when I tried to clean it with alcohol. Anyone with advice on how to remove the haze from the black out lens?
