Get your emergency key and open the hatch from the keyhole just above the license plate. Then pull the rip cord on the left to open the door.

Stick your key in the rear of the car. Look up above the license plate. I think that works.

If your vehicle has lost battery power, open the hatch/trunk using the vehicle key. The key lock cylinder is located on the rear of the hatch/trunk lid above the license plate. Turn the vehicle key clockwise in the lock.
2-15.

After getting in the car and troubleshooting the battery, I recommend reading the owners manual.

Yep, 2007 owner's manual, page 80.

If power to the vehicle or the keyless access
transmitter is lost, there are two ways to open
the door.
From outside the vehicle, use the key in the
cylinder above the license plate to open the hatch
the use the door release tab located on the
carpet inside the trunk on the driver’s side of the
vehicle. Pull the tab to unlock and unlatch the
driver’s door. See Keys on page 71 for information
on opening the trunk during a loss of power.
The other way to open it is from inside the car if that's where you are when the battery goes dead.
