The design of the C6 was partially taken from the '74 to '76 Stingray's. Especially the front fenders. It's kind of a way to paying homage to the Stingray, while at the the same time, IMHO, looking cool. My Stingray script has been on over a year and I've never had anything but positive comments.(from the public) Opinions vary on the forum.

IMHO it doesn't belong, I love the emblem, when they were on my 72 and 76. But to each his own.. enjoy...

And the rear window from the C2s--Sting Ray. Vettes will always be "Stingrays." That's what my DIC welcomes me with!

How so? The C6 can run rings around a "real" Stingray, the opposite of your example.

I like it, it your car, do what you want no matter what anyone else say's. I prefer something different, but I respect your choice, you make the payments, do as you wish.

Not for me but I applaud your originality. Personally, I don't care for badges. Moreover, I don't like any Corvette badge that is not specific to the year or model that it is on. Your car, your money. Enjoy.
