targa top problems

Paint problems:
I just noticed light scratch marks on my targa top of my 07 coupe. Upon looking at it I rubbed my finger nail across it to see how deep they were and guess what... it made another scratch
Does anyone have this problem? It doesnt make sense that the clearcoat is so soft a finger nail can scratch it...

yeah... im going to take it in... I only drive it on the weekends... and sometimes to the gym... 4k miles and it is 8 months old.. They will fix Im sure. unfortunatley it is not the first "odd" problem this car has had.
