We have a 08 Crystal Red/Cashmere Coupe ordered. This weekend at a local Corvette car show we were talking with people who had Cashmere interiors -- they voiced some dissatisfaction with the Cashmere saying and showing us that the dye from blue jeans has discolored the Cashmere seat trim (not the perforated leather). Has anyone experienced this problem and if so, what has been done to remedy it?
Yes and No. The light tan leather always shows dye transfer from jeans. Also the light gray will do it also. It has nothing to do with the C6s color or leather, however my 1994 Polo with tan always had issues with dye transfer. I use a product called "The Tannery" its a leather spray cleaner and it always removed the stains.

I got in my girl friend's '07 Lexus IS350 with wet biking shorts on and the black dye bleed onto the cashmere seats. I used a Mr Clean Easer to get the dye out. Nothing else would get it out. l
2006 LMB/Cashmere here, and there is absolutely no color transfer on my seats. I use ArmorAll leather cleaner/conditioner - I clean it every so often, and it still looks great!
