Here is the deal. My wife wants us to buy a Ferrari (her dream car) most likely a f360 coupe. I personally like the z06 better. What would it take to get you guys/gals out of your c6/z06's. I want make and model. For me it would have to be a Ferrari 599gtb Fiorano or Lambo Lp640

Buy an R.F Z 06 for you, and get her a nice 50' sail boat in the same color scheme. Best of both worlds. Problem solved. Any other questions?

There isn't much out there that would get me out of my C6.

There comes a time that I have to be sensible.

 

Dr Phil sold his Ferrari and bought a Z06 after Jay Leno raved about the Z06. Leno commented on the high maintenance and downtime that you get with the "exotics". Leno said that the Z06 was more fun and that you could fix it with a hammer.

 

I love exotics, but have no interest really in spending more money on a car than what I paid for the Corvette. If I had more money than I knew what to do with perhaps I'd feel differently.

 

If I had the money I would go for a Koenigsegg CCX.

I could swing a used new Z06 if I worked it however its not within reality but that is a car for the $$$ is worth it, otherwise it would be the Ford GT.

 

Way out of my price range, C6 is good enough for me.

I looked at a 48/49' Benetu, at the Marina Del Rey boat show. $600,000. If I sold my house I could live on that beauty. The only thing is, I wouldn't have any place to park my Vette.
