Window indexing!!!
Take it to dealer to have it fixed if it still bothers you. Its Should be still under warranty.

drivers side window really hit the A pillar too, I re-indexed with the
3 second trick, no joy.
Drove the car around, hit a good bump, heard some sort of pop like the
roof was moving a bit. When I went to get out, I checked the window, still rubbed.
Then I come back from the coffee shop, go to get in, and its not rubbing!
Crazy thing.
I have no idea what was going on there, but something had moved,
or the rubber had compressed allowing the window to go up farther.

BTW, 28 months, 11k + miles, and no re-indexing req'd except after battery dsconnect.

I ran the car , turned it off and sitting in the car with the door still shut I held the up button for 3+ seconds, then I released and then held again for another 3+ seconds and released and it was done.
In fact when I first held it for 3 seconds it went up a bit and then on the second time it went up a bit more and that was it!

Now you should be able to completely diagnose the problem next time it happens.
