I don't have Nav but I do have an auxillary GPS that I carry in the car when I travel to an unfamiliar locations. The speedo usually reads about 2mph higher than the HUD but the HUD reads within 1/2 mph of the speed calculated by the GPS.
The speedometer on my Garmin GPS system and the HUD seem to be in synch when I am cruising between 70 and 80. At those same speeds, the analog speedometer usually looks to be in concert with the other two; however, I can only guess as to how accurate it is.
