I painted mine myself, except for the fuel rail covers. You can buy Duplicolor Victory Red paint and clear coat in aresol cans from an auto parts store.

Just added a little bling and a battery cover to dress up the engine compartment a little, a few days ago. There have been some unbelievable engine bays posted so far. They all look great.

I doubt anyone would buy used caps or else I'd do that. Heck, I even have a set of Chrome caps never opened. Didn't want to pay the restock fee to return them so they collect dust. Same ones as on kim.mitchell's vette just above the post.

wow there is alot of nice pics here. when they paint all the pieces do they still sand them down? And what number do they use or are they just covers. And airbrush flames looks awsome
