I know you asked about 303, but Mr. Clean's Magic Eraser does a great job and it's probably quite a bit cheaper. It's in grocery store detergent aisles & Wally World Auto Detailing aisle. Use it over & over again.

Doug, it 's a bit harder to find the 303 Aerospace Protectant, but it does work (might have to go online for it--found mine at Macguckins Hdwre store in Denver). I've used a very small bottle for quite some time. If it's not easy to get, I'd say use some of the recommended stuff above.
However, for dashboards, 303 is great stuff.

I believe autogeek sells it - I'm thinking about getting one gallon with the discount for $53.50. 
They also sell 4 gallons for $180 and with the 10% discount......$162.00......divided by 4 = $40.50/gallon. Maybe they would do a group discount for us.
