Default HUG problem!!

I have a HUD problem... sorry about the title..

I was trying to adjust my HUD to go a little higher on the windshield and when i did....it went to opposite way..pushing up made it go down and down made it go up..

but once it got fully to the bottom it got stuck and i can't see it at all unless i put my head next to the roof and look at it!!

Any ideas on how to fix or what happened? Do i just need to go to a dealer?

Sounds like you have a HUGE problem with your HUD and could probably use a HUG about now.

Sorry, I can't help you.

Sounds like a dealer visit is next. With the buttons working in reverse doubt that anyone will have a fix.

I actually have a HUG problem. I could definitely use a lot more, especially from above average looking women.

If you need a HUG, you're probably asking for help on the wrong forum.

I would try to pull the battery negative cable (or the correct fuse) for a couple of minutes.

This might just reset the thing.

Remember to re-index the windows.

To sum up what the service manual says, you test to see if the switchs are working correctly and depending of the outcome of the test, replace either the switch pod or the HUD unit.

Your best bet would be to let your service department check it out.
