My wife just called me and told me she sees little drops of oil or something oily where I back into the garage. She said it looks like it would be in the middle of the rear wheels. I only have 600 miles on her and she sat for a full week while I was on vacation. I just went outside(at work) and looked under the car and I can't really see anything that would open eyes.
Any of you know what it could be?
I did notice a little lite grease/oil on the left side of the Diff. I believe (Not a mechanic so I may be using the wrong terminology). Nothing in the middle where my wife said it looks to be falling from.
Any ideas would help!
Thanks

Pretty common that the axle or differential seals may leak a bit (not sure exactly which ones on the C6). 3 of my 4 C5s leaked but so far the C6 is dry (find some wood to knock...). The dealer will replace them under warranty.
You can always hope for the best & I was that fortunate on my C5 which I had changed myself about 2 weeks before the leak started. After a month of constantly checking for low fluid levels & studying as to how to change the seal (driver side), it stopped. Just keep an eye on it & see the dealer if it doesn't stop.
I would first want to confirm where the leak is coming from. One way to do this is clean the area up on the floor, put a piece of cardboard or paper where the leak was found and see if there is any drops on the paper the next morning. If after a few days there is no drops, no problem.
On a separate note, I would also want to rule out the A/C condensation drain (which drains the condensation water from the A/C system). If you are seeing the water draining from the front passenger side of the car after the A/C system has been on, this is also normal.

I just told my wife to clean up the spots for that reason, I will try it tonight. Already research the A/C thing, okay there.
It seems like very few drops at a time fall (very slow leak). I've been at work since 8:45 am and see nothing on my parking spot from today or yesterday. It could have already stopped and what I see is old. I'll check tomorrow.
I have been reading a little and wanted to know if it could be the problem where it is just over filled?
Is there truth to this?
Should I wait and see if it stops?
thanks again
Mine was overfilled and was damp around the vent. I cleaned it and have had no additional problem. The vent is the nickel sized cap on top of the differential on the drivers side.
Here are four pictures, I've had the car a month and it sat one week while I was on vacation, discovered the spot today 7/13/07. I have no drops on my parking spot at work and I have been driving it every day this week. 9am-5pm
A nice one to put in the mix!!

Probably more than the vent. Good luck.
Guys, I'm not sure if you noticed but thats a collection of 1 month. Like I said I see nothing in the parking spot at work and I just checked again. I have driven the car for a week to work and see no sign. 9am to 5pm
I will check my garage again tomorrow but that doesn't look like a lot on the garage floor. We'll see but if I have to, I don't mind bring it to the dealer to get fixed. **** Happens as long as it can be fixed.
I had the same thing with about the same miles. Just noticed some drops, cleaned them up and they have not returned after 3,000 miles. I would not worry unless it continues.
