Brickyard Pacecar
Did anyone notice the Z06 pacecar at the Brickyard today? Was that crystal red metalic on the front of this car? What a paint job.

Now that's a Pace Car I would buy! The AO one they came up with for the Indy 500 and the replicas Chevy is trying to sell are just ugly.
Looks like the Nextell Cup boys know how to do pace cars much better than the open wheel boys.

Darn few races where the pacecar is as fast (or faster) than the racecars! Kudos to GM!

Especially if they used them to pace the Bush and Craftsman Truck series.

You do know how much I value your opinion?
Love my 07 Pace Car. One of the best looking since the original 78.
But then, I love all the Vettes, so maybe I'm biased.

I would MUCH rather buy that car over the '07 Pace Car w/ the gold stripes. In fact, I am certain I would NEVER buy the AO one, even though I really like AO.
Why do they insist on putting that huge bowtie logo on the hood. It would look better without it.
