No, I don't think so. Here's what the museum website says. The auto dimming mirrors are standard, as well as OnStar & XM radio.

The funny thing is that I did not find it as an option when I ordered the car. . . and the "build" area on chevrolet.com does not have that as an option either. . . . but I thought I saw pictures of a seat that said it had side air bags. . .

I think the 2LT option includes the side airbags. I know the 3LT option does. Of course, if it were a convertible, 2LT is the base option.
EDIT: I just looked at the 2008 order book and side airbags are not standard on the coupe. They do come with the 2LT and 3LT options. They are standard with the vert.

Nope, side airbags are not standard. You need to order a 2LT or above to include the side impact airbags. Here is a listing of the option breakout for the 1, 2, 3 and 4LT PEG.
