Change order??

Have an '08 on order. Event code 3100. Does anyone know when an order cannot be changed by the dealer? Thinking of adding F55 if possible.

What is the latest point in time you can submit changes to an order??

I was trying to figure out where it might be as the dealer indicated they could nix the chrome wheels so thought that might tell me how far out it is. They tought 5 - 6 weeks at the time.
