That's the VIN for a '05 Vette in Miami. I'm trying to find the dealership it is at because the owner tells me it is getting serviced. I'd like to know what for before I waste anymore of my time. Anyone know how to track this type of thing down.

Why not just ask the owner to show you the entire service bill when he gets the car back. Asking someone to track down a specific VIN located at a dealership sounds fishy.
If you have reason to believe the person is hiding something from you, you'll probably always feel that way about that car. Save yourself the anguish and just find another car. On the other hand, if you have no reason to suspect anything, you need to seek other help. Good luck no matter what your situation is.
