...CFers who run down one color over another and in addition bad mouth GM colorists is unfounded. Colors change and tastes change. Don't forget that us older folks with money have color tastes that may not be the same as someone much younger....so different color choices abound.

Just making a point about the stupidity going on about JSB. Not meaning to offend anyone by saying that people new to the forum are bad, however I do take offense when people that just joined this month are busy bashing a color for no reason. Frankly I don't think anyone should bash any color. If you don't like a color thats fine, but what is going on in the other thread is just plain wrong.

It was a mistake for GM to discontinue the color. They could at least have another "darker" blue available. I have no desire for a cotton-candy Corvette that is Jetstream Blue.

I haven't been keeping up with the 'other thread' so to speak so I wasn't aware this was a copy & paste.
Now after knowing that I can somewhat see the humor in it but neither of the color bashing wars make any sense to me.
Do I like JSB? Not especially. Just isn't my taste and blue is my favorite color. Do I like LMB? Certainly. But I drive a black Vette so go figure.
To each his or her own, they're all Vettes, simply live and let live and move on. If you don't like it, so be it. But if you don't have anything nice to say about someone's choice in color, it's best to not say anything at all.
We all need to grow up now and then. Looks like this is a good time for some of us.

I love my car and I enjoy it everday. I could care less what other people think but the incessant bashing of JSB (mostly by LMB lovers unfortunately 
) is unnescesary and I guess this is my way of blowing off some steam. Frankly I just think this thread is funny. I'm a little confused at why people seem more upset about this thread then the original one talking about JSB.

I would guess its mainly from the LMB devotees, who wanted an LS3 '08 in their color.
Since its nice to own a limited edition/ low volume color vette, current LMB owners shouldn't be worried at all over JSB.
