even code 2500 means "order sent to production, preferenced" it says you should have a pretty stable TPW by the time you get to 3100, so hopefully in a week or so you'll find out???? Good luck...still waiting for mine to hit production

when you say sent production, you mean ???? oh and thatnx for the reply....
...hmmm, not too sure myself. But here's the sequence from 2500 to 3800
2500 - Order sent to production, preferenced.
3000 - Order accepted by production control.
3100 - Order available to sequence (TPW becomes more stable.)
3300 - Order selected for production by assembly plant.
3400 - Order broadcasted for production.
3800 - Vehicle produced.
So going by that i'm assuming your order has been sent to the plant and is waiting to be accepted by the plant for production. I'm sure someone that has actually been through it could shed more light on it...
In my case (ordered through Rick D./Les S.) I received the 2500 status on 8/16 and on 8/31 it went to 3300 with TPW of 9/17.....figure on two weeks after that for delivery....hope yours moves along quickly.

you are correct for the most part but until you reach 3400, you're not very stable. TPW should have already been given to you at 2500, you do not need to wait anymore, my TPW was given to me two days after i placed my order. My vehicle came off the line the evening of the 30th.

Your order sequence is very close to mine. Except I ordered mine on 8/16 and on 8/29 I received a TPW of 9/17 and event code 3000
Both our completion dates should be close to each other. I'm doin' the NCM delivery.
1wicked, when did you order yours? How long between when you ordered and you get to 2500???
Hi, placed actual order on July 27, it was not accepted (due to constraints) until 16th of Aug which is when i received the 2500 status....he skipped any number prior to 2500....he told me it would be 6 weeks from that time (16th) until delivery. If you're at 2500 now, i'm thinking it should be about 6 weeks from that point for you... What are you getting? is it a forum dealer? (they're best since they have so many allotments for vettes)

I can't get off of work to do that whole process, but am having it delivered here...
You'll have quite an experience so i hear doing the NCM deal...
Yeah it sounds like yours has moved quicker than mine for sure...i ordered originally in July...constraints held it up and they were finally lifted on the 9th of Aug...things progressed since then....what are you ordering?

Its been nine days for me and my dealer said we should see it pop up by tomorrow...i dont know, i hope so, i just want something to be able to look at and say THATS MINE!!! Yea i used a forum dealer...he says i'm good to go but you know how it is...never assume its gonna go well. CHEERS!!!
I ordered mine the third week of july and just got a TPW of 9/17 last Tues. I dont think my dealer had the allotment like he said he did when i approached him hope yours is faster cause the wait is killing me
I got my target production week of 8-13, and I am picking it up at the museum 9-7. Apparently if your getting a museum delivery, GM holds it for 2 weeks before you can get it delivered at the museum. September 7th happened to be the first Friday delivery we could get in on. =(
So be expecting that 2 week wait from your tpw if you are doing the museum delivery.
Haha, I was soooo planning on picking it up the week of the 13th!
