Alignment specs for street use
I realize I can look up the factory specs, but from what I've read here you can drive a truck through those specs so I wanted some input. I did a search but most of the threads I pulled up were geared towards tracking the car.
I recently bought a new set of tires and my original supercars were badly worn on the inside of both front tires.
A little info about how I drive:
~ I don't track the car, but I do want good handling on the street
~ Do want pretty good tire life, good wear pattern
- So basically a balance between tire life and handling in the twisties
~ I have the Z51 suspension (if that matters)
~ And new Firestone Wide Oval runflats (which I like so far), mounted on my factory wheels
~ I have an '06 (if that matters)

The factory specs are OK, except for the camber readings. You should try to set up camber to be as near 0* on the fronts as possible. I know, I went through two sets of tires before I caught on....

I have my camber down to -0.1 on the fronts and rears. Toe is 0.01 front, 0 rear. Caster is 8. I drove it to Cincinnati and back like that and it drove just fine. I really believe this setup is the best for a full street / highway mode of driving. You need the camber at stock specs if you're going to track the car.
