Default New interior thanks to Gene Culley and Gerardo Astorga

I just finished installing the '08 Console Bezel I purchased from Gene at the GM Parts House as well as a padded leather center console, shifter ****/boot, and e-brake handle/boot that I bought from Gerardo at Down South Vettes. As you can see, it's a great upgrade for my '07's interior.

Updated Photo! Reversed shifter boot to match the other parts better.

Very nice looking. I also have the same color interior and just ordered the console benzel and the trim for around the pods. After looking at yours I need to add a few more pieces.

Beautiful looking!!!!

Looks real nice!

I wish there was a solution available for those of us with the F55 switch.

Looks good, though I'd switch your shifter boot around. Your brake handle and boot are black in back, white in front, as is your shifter ****. The white in back, black in front shifter boot breaks the cohesion of the interior.

Just my opinion.

Nice -- after viewing your photos, I may just have to upgrade my interior.

Yea, I noticed that after I got it all together. I'll probably change it when I get a chance.

Nice work! I'm going to add the leather center console lid also.

Good Evening,

Thank you for the mention. It does look awesome. Many have asked me what it would look like if you left the silver cluster bezel and pods and I said I really didn't know. After seeing these pics, the new cluster bezel and pods are a must have.

Thanks, Gene.

Looks great, definietly need to turn the shift boot around. I did mine with leather from DS Vettes too. Thought about doing the e brake boot and handle in two tone but I didn't pull the trigger. Oh well Here's mine:

Already done! See the post #16.

The leather boot came pre-cut to line up the way I originally had it. I didn't notice that the colors were backwards until I got the whole thing together and installed. Earlier this evening I pulled the shifter boot back out and trimmed it to work the other way. It was a lot easier to fix then I thought it would be. Gerardo's stuff is very easy to work with.

These cars should come with quality leather shifter boots from the factory. That factory shifter boot is a joke. Fortunately we have people like Gerardo to give our cars the quality parts they deserve.

But the problem is not just with GM or the Corvette. The boot on my BMW is worse than the Corvette OEM..... The E-Brake boot however is nice.
