Hash stripes
Does anyone have the color (paint code) for the red hash stripes seen on the left front fenders of the GS or the racing vettes. I also need the placement, length, width and angle (45 degrees etc). I want to put these on a 08 black vert, I think they lookreally sharp in a bright red - I just don't know which shade of red is best.

I don't think you actually want to PAINT the stripes on - there are a number of vendors who sell precut stripes, or you can go to your local sign shop and have them made out of any color you wish. See:
This is 3M 10 year vinyl in the "slate metallic" color. That way, if you want to change it later, you can simply have the stripes removed w/o repainting the fender.

talk to MIKE,the stripe guy on here.I forget his website address.For placement figure something in the line of 10:30-11 to 7 for an angle.Like this:
