Don't pull it out. On the Goodyear pamphlet found in your stack of books and papers, you will find an 800# to call for a qualified dealer in your area. The tire will be fixed free of charge.

And, if it is not repairable, it will be replaced.
Leave it in and have tire shop check it, to see if it can be repaired or replaced. They may be run flats, but, what if you can't get to a shop in time. Keep in mind that this is a long week-end too.

Go to the tire shop. I got one in my tire, right after I got the car. Discount Tire took it out and it was short enough that there was no problem.
My son got a screw in his C5 tire and we could tell that it was leaking air, so we went back to Discount Tire, they fixed it for free and all is fine now.
I had a screw in my right rear EMT on my 05. The first tire shop said yea they and fix it for 32.00. After I told them they were RFT they said no they could not do it cause all that goo on the inside that allows them to be run flats would prevent them from being patched . I proceeded to turn around and walk right out never looked back.
I called a local goodyear dealer and they said sure they can fix it for 24.00 before I told them they were EMT. Once they heard that they said hold one moment. They came back to the phone with a price of 64.00 to fix my simple screw. I asked why I was be extorted for having RFT, they said the entire shop has to come to a stand still to fix my tire. I call BS and went to the NAPA and got a plug kit for 16.00. Since the tires only have about a 32nd left on them I was not going to pay that just to replace the tires in 6 months.
Free flat repair from goodyear dealer only within the first 2/32 of wear or 12000 miles per goodyears dealer. Funny, first 2/32 was probably gone at 2000 miles with the EMT's.
