Have had mine on my 07 for 8 months now with no problems, and the car is driven close to 300-400 miles per month.
HINT - do not use household alcohol (pads or from the bottle) as it has a mild lubricant in it (propolene gycol = Isopropyl Alcohol) and can leave a slight residue which can decrease the adhesive on the back of the decal. For general use where the elements are not a concern, it is probably OK. But for outside the car (or under the hood), go to your local hardward store and purchase a can of denatured alcohol. Leaves virtually no residue and will not harm your paint in any way. Make sure you let it completely evaporate on its own (don't wipe dry).
You may want to hit it a second (or even third) time depending on the amount of road build-up in the engine compartment.
Also - some products come with an adhesive promoter (smells like old airplane model glue). This stuff really works so don't be afraid to use it.
If you have trouble with the decal sticking, you can always paint it. I took an assortmant of Testors model paint and painted mine. I don't have pictures, but I think it turned out pretty nice.
