I was an vacation in Dana Point Ca. near Laguna Beach this past summer. As I was driving on Pacific Coast Highway I saw a very nice looking Yellow C6. The grill was painted yellow. It really looked sharp and kinda retro.
I know that there are a few nice aftermarket grills that are available, but I wanted to try something different like the Yellow C6 in Ca.
I have an 06 vert Machine Silver, I will post the pictures once I pick up the car from the bodyshop with the teeth painted.
Please post your thoughts and your opinons, or if anyone has done this please post some pics. Thanks.
OK, here are the some pictures of the grill painted to match the rest of the car (Machine Silver), Not the best pictures because I was in a hurry.
Also, since the car was in the shop I had them paint my calipers Machine Silver with Black letters. This is my first time posting pictures...I added some extra ones, I hope you enjoy.
Please tell me what you think of the grill and the brakes... Have fun if you like, I do enjoy the creative responses.

And you guys all thought the grill I had on my car for a day sucked...heck I could have been a millionaire! They sell them at east coast corvettes...
grr1968..a grill other than stock doesn't really go over well on the forum. Personally, I think the entire grill painted or racemesh looks like braces on the car.
Take a look at my record setting poll when I tried a little something different with the help of my boy:

Thanks for your input, I also do things with my son. Just read your thread, must admit that it was entertaining to read (the one about the tongue was funny). Well, I most likely get the same type of entertainment that you got. I will post the pics of the braces when we come back from the orthodontist. Thanks again.

Ok, I'll be different. I like the grille. I always thought the black hole was just wrong and far worse than the chicklets which I also don't like. I went with the billet grille.
