Power top conversion
Any ideas on converting a '08 vert manual top to a power unit? I'm assuming that most of the parts are the same, but you know what happens when you assume. Anyway, anyone have any experience or thoughts on this?

Looking at my top it looks likeyou would have to replace the entire structure frame and all. On my old C5 they had to replace the top due to wear and I was told the part was $3,200 including the frame. So I would guess the power top is around $5,000. Thenyou have all of the power and hydraulic stuff, change out the dash facia for the top switch you might be looking at close to $10,000 to do it and make it look factory.
