Help, I'm addicted
As for the LT4, it was interesting when I went to BG for the Buyers tour to see it built, there were a bunch of Siennas on the line. When I went back to pick it up at the museum, I didn't see any online when I retook the plant tour. I never did get to see a linen version.
I didn't/don't see anything wrong with what they installed, so I have no idea why they've built so few, or what the issue is.
I can only hope GM continues the march upward on the quality/performance of these machines. I test drove one back in 91, and almost pulled the trigger, but the performance was not really there for me, as I was into 1000 cc rice rockets at the time, so comparing the 2 was not fair, but the car was boring to me.
Come forward 17 years with the newer designs and technology, and these things are anything but boring. Its hard to beleive these new LS motors are based on a 1955 design. Loosely, I know, but they still have their roots going back to those original designs. Technology is a wonderful thing. Now that I'm hooked, I better start saving for a c7.
