Squeaking Steering Wheel Problem
I have an 08 that I just started hearing a squeaking from the steering wheel while in a parking lot with the radio off. As I turn the wheel to backup out it squeaks as it is turned off center. It is the standard wheel (no telescoping). The dealer has been in that area to fix the airbag light issue but I can't say for sure that that was the cause. Is anyone else having this problem with a 2008?

Mine does the same. Sounds like bearings rubbing or something, you know mechanical sounding. I never had it checked out so let us know if you take it in. I usually notice most in parking garages when I make sharp turns, with radio off.
