The other morning I got in the car after just moving it to another spot. After opening the door the car starts just fine. However, I hear that clicking relay sound the car makes going on constantly. The car sounded it was having a fit. I shut the car off. It's still clicking and wouldn't stop. I try to start the car again, nothing. I get out and open the hood thinking let me disconnect the battery and see if it resets it. I go back to the car and I hear the clicking has stopped. I get it and it starts right up. Anyone have this happen ever? This kind of Shi* is starting to really **** me off. I've had some stupid stuff going on with the car. I really love it but man, it's got some serious quality control issues. Please don't tell me every car has these because this is now my 8th car and none of them have ever had the issues this car has. I'm actually worried that one day it may leave me stranded, not because the engine has problems but because of some electronic gremlin.
A couple of things. The car is supposed to tell you when the battery in the fob is going dead. It's supposed to count down to when it dies.
I don't have a car charger in the car, in fact there's nothing plugged into the cigarette jacks. The only thing that is possible is that I may have had my cell phone in my pocket with the key fob. I can't remember but it's possible. As of now everything is working fine. I just wish these things didn't happen to begin with.

Just about anything of any size in your pocket with the fob will do that. It's happened to me 3 or 4 times. Got to try taking the fob out of your pocket if it happens again. If it still has problems, try putting it in the slot in the glovebox.
