FloorMat Help
I was looking to get a set of new floor mats for my vette and I really like the double logo ones, but if I'm not mistaken the Lloyds mats don't really "fit" the post locking system in the 2006 (I know that they work but the mats just have the lock underneath the mats and there isn't the actual holes used for the posts in the floor mats).
Is there anyone that makes the double logo'd mats in cashmere for the 2006 that use the post system similar to the way that the factory mats do?

I'm sure you would be apprehensive to do this (I was a little), but I cut round holes in my Lloyd's and used the OEM grommets from my original mats. The grommets seperate in half and snap back together.

Lloyds does make the ones for the post. They actually make both kinds now. The ones for 05-mid 07 are the post type and the ones for mid 07-08 are the hook type. Check out southern car parts, they have them both.

They do have the ones for the post but the mats don't have the holes in them. They just have fastners underneath the mats so what happens is that you end up with two weird bumps in your mats where the posts are.

I really like my new Cashmere Lloyd C6 dual logo mats in my '08 JSB. Better fit than OEM and much thicker carpet pile. Excellent craftsmanship. See links below for pictures.

Although I din't really see anything that horrible with the last thread comments from this guy, I do agree that there is no need to try to throw another jab after the bell rang... 'nuff already
