Thanks for the help. Google returned a completely different page with very little info when I tried it.
I did install headers 2 months ago............doesn't sound like anything to be worried about. How do I reset it?
Can anyone recommend a basic code reader (not a tuner) that allows you to reset also?

Walmart has a code reader for our cars for $69 or so. But you'll be resetting the code every day or so depending upon how your drive pattern is. The computer runs a cat efficiency test every so often when certain drive parameters are met. A tuner can turn it off the testing or just the light for good if you so desire. Some folks (Zig) also reported in the past no codes after ceramic coating their headers to retain heat, and other folks (Spinmonster) report that with proper tuning the code won't be set but the testing can be left on. The topic gets discussion now and again in the C6 Tech section.
Codes 420-430 are a result of your headers and hi flows. The 02 sensors are detecting too much left over from the cats. Anyway, it happened to me right after the headers were installed. I bought 02 sims from a forum member (cbrf4i1) and now over 8,000 miles w/o a code. Inexpensive fix for a simple problem.

On a more serious note, The best way to eliminate the problem is a good LS2 tune. My suggestion would be to call Bobby @ LG Motorsports http://www.lgmotorsports.com/catalog/index.php (forum vendor/tuner) and set up an appointment to have the car tuned. This will change the settings so that the O2 sensors won't throw a code. Gets rid of the second gear lock out too, etc. Yeah, I know it means driving in to the Dallas area. What can I say ?
I had the same issue about 2 months after after I installed headers as well. Curious if you know if your installer bypassed the rear O2 sensors. Anyhow I purchased the Innova 3100 OBD2 code reader for about $70 and quickly cleared the code and reset the MIL. Hasn't come back in 4 months but ready if and when it does.
