I've read great reviews on both the Southern Carparts and the Exotic Vette partitions. They both appear to have quality workmanship..BUT the idea of leaving the partition in place with the roof stored is leaning me toward the Exotic Vettes product. Please post your opinions to help me decide.
I went with Exotic so I wouldn't have to remove it. The way it is built with the extra material so papers won't get under it, makes it look like it came with the car originally.
exotic vettes is the only way to go. It was the very first mod I bought for my car, and absolutely no regrets. I only take it out if I need room for luggage on a trip
I bought an Exotic Vette partition shortly after I bought the car in Dec. '05, and love it. My C6 is my daily driver and I haven't removed the partition since I installed it. As advertised, the roof can be stored without removing it. I would not buy the other one for that reason alone. In the spirit of full disclosure, I have never seen the other one to compare, and the Exotic Vette partition does flex a little, it's not board stiff, but that has made no difference to me.
