BlinderM20 is by far the best jammer on the market with over 99% jamming capability of all LEO lasers.

escort ZR3 shifter. Any small shortcomings in testing is more than made up for with its integration into the passport radar detector, unless you want to have 2 separate displays in the car.

Here's a link to an objective comparative test of laser jammers. Scroll down to the bottom, and you'll see a chart showing that all jammers have very spotty jamming ability with the exception of the LASER INTERCEPTOR.

This is one for "Mythbusters"

These guys have the plate blocker as well? Has someone mentioned to them the Mythbusters "busted" that whole idea? To me that doesn't bode well for the Laser Jammer.

Yes, I'm a big fan of Mythbusters (I'm watching them do the "shooting fish in a barrel right now).

The Mythbusters test was whether or not (binary outcome) a PHOTO could be taken of a "blocked" plate. OTOH, the guysoflidar.com tested the RELATIVE EFFECTIVE RANGE of laser guns. Two completely different tests. One has nothing to do with the other. Furthermore, the guysoflidar.com drew no conclusions of any kind. They merely reported their findings with their actual data.

If you read the guysoflidar.com stealth coating test, you'll see they only test ONE type: the "VEIL Stealth Coating" using two diffenent laser guns (Stalker LZ-1 & Kustom ProLaser III). I'll leave it up to you to interpret their results.
