Default Sun Visor

I just picked up a new 2008 corvette, while driving I noticed the decal on the sun visor was annoying to view. Has anyone remove them,if so what is the best way?

Heat them with a hair dryer and peal them off. Then use goo off to get rid of the glue. Then use a brush to fluff up the surface. It will take a few weeks for the surface to become invisable, but it will. Do it now when the car is new. If you wait it won't look as good. I did mine one week after delivery and only two weeks after the production date you can't tell they were ever there.

When you heat them make sure they are good and hot. The hotter they are the less residue left behind.

It took me less than 30 seconds to remove both of them using a heat gun. There was no residue at all.

I did the same. The visors are way too big so they never looked right for the Vette so the car looks much better with them off.

Well I went out last night to remove these worthless stickers...
This is the first time I ever read them.. when I was peeling them off... Let's hear it for the lawyers who made this all possible..

The drivers side sticker came off in seconds and in one piece.. The other side took about 45 minutes !
It
just would not peel evenly and kept tearing regardless of how much heat I used.
But... it was worth the effort.. even with some white glue shadow showing.. it's 100% better than the yellow and white squares against a pure black background.. Tonight I go after the left-over glue...
