New vert
Just an opinion question - I just ordered an 08 black vert with black top and cashmere/ebony seats. I have not seen this combination in any posts or pictures - did I choose a bad color combination?
I also picked the 5 split spoke wheels as I thought they were more of a 08 style - the other rims were more of the 07 look IMHO.
The bottom line its still a vette - oh man oh man

I think that is going to be a very nice color combo. Personally I think that the "triple black" verts have too much black on them and that the cash/eb 2 tone seats will break up the interior nicely.

I picked up my triple blk vert a week ago Monday and during the factory tour, saw several with your color combination--very cool. I also got the split rims and really like the way they look.

The ebony/cashmere is a very classy combination, especially in a black car. It is fairly popular but not overly so. I am surprised you haven't seen it unless you don't spend your life on the forum like some of us.

I've seen it in person and it is beautiful. That was going to be my choice until I want with Sienna. I think you'll love it.

Nice combo, but, I like the triple Black better since any other interior color option applies to the seats, door panels and lower dash only. All interiors come with Black (Ebony) carpeting regardless of seat color which cheapens it IMHO. My wife's '98 Black w/dark red interior (Firethorn) and Black top looks awesome since the seats, lower door panels and carpet all match.

Cashmere interiors, including cashmere/ebony 2-tone seats, have Cashmere carpet.

The ebony/cashmere I saw had black carpet. Maybe it is a year to year difference. Anyone have one that can post picks?

You are going to really enjoy that car and color combo. I have the 08 Vert with the cashmere interior. Came with cashmere carpet and mats. Changed the mats to Lloyd's Black mats immediately. Also purchased a DownSouthVettes padded console cover in two tone with a black top and cashmere sides. Congrats!

Should be a great combo.....my 03 was spiral gray with a camel top and interior, never saw another one while I owned it but loved the combo. Bottom line yea it's a vette but the special combos do make them stand out......
