You're foolish to even compare those two cars. One is a hard edged Track car, the Vette a luxury Sport GT. As far as comfort they are night and day. An Exige will make an extremely uncomfortable daily driver or touring car. Have you even tried to get in one?... The Vette is an extraordinarily comfortable car in all situations.
You really need to decide what you want in a car. If these are the two on your list, go drive both. The only resemblence will be the 4 wheels.

Can't help you... now had you said Elise...
Actually I was facing the same decision too a while back. The vette is a faster car and has more creature comforts than the Elise, which is more nimble and more unique. But, I've never been in an Exige so I can't comment sorry.
I drove one with the supercharger and my opinion is stay away from the car. If you are going to use it for autoX or for track purposes and as a weekend car then you will have fun. For normal driving around NO, the car is the most uncomfortable car I have ever been in.
The vette is to me the all around sport car, it is good to great at almost everything and that includes comfort.
Thanks for the replys keep them coming i have an 08 vette love it, Im 5'9 and pretty skinny do you guys still think i would have problems getting in and out of one? Also iv heard thery very noisy inside the car is this true are over kill??
I highly considered an Elise before buying my first Corvette in `03. When I went to look at it, it was raining and I didn't want to jerk the dealer around, so I just looked, sat, etc. I was then 45, 6ft and in good shape. It wasn't hard to get in. It was small and low nut so what. The dealer told me a lot...it was not for the faint of heart, not for cruising, etc. He also seemed shocked that I would buy one without tracking it. I grew up with an Elan, so I came close.
Probably the main thing that turned me off was that the interior is really small. I fit but the passenger side was a lot smaller than the drivers side. My wife is a good sport but this might have been pushing it. Further, and maybe this is vain or whatever, but I like the fact that people look at my car and always say "what a beautiful Corvette". Not 10% of the world would have a CLUE what you were driving and what it really meant. Plus, as a daily driver, I LOVE the ride of the Corvette. Better than Caddys', Escalades, Tahoes, 740s, etc that I've had over the past few years. I prefer it.
So, if you really want something that you have to DRIVE all the time and don't care if people think you are driving a kit car, you'd love the Lotus. If you happen to live in Dallas, buy it, bring it over and I promise to drool all over it.
