Lol went outside to look ( drove the car to work today.. 82 degrees in Fl today ) and mine is capped also… I have a 2005 sorry but I don’t know what it goes too..
If the engine still has the oil fill on the RH valve cover as stock, we are looking at the rear of the engine, and that plugged port appears to be the crankcase ventilation connection on the rear of the LH valve cover.
The schematic in the service manual shows the crankcase ventilation plumbing crossing over the rear of the engine, and turning up to the front of the engine along the RH valve cover. This ventilation line picks up another connection off the RH valve cover near the oil fill pipe, and turns into the throttle body through the PCV.
If I'm correct on this, James2292, I have no idea why that connection would be plugged and the CV plumbing missing on any street car that must pass emission inspection.
