What is the stock ratio for the 08 and how does the optional ratio compare?

MN6 stock ratio is 3.42
A6 stock ratio is 2.56.
Optional A6 performance axle is 2.73

Thats not enough difference to kill fuel mileage, is it? Especially considering the MN6 has even higher and still gets the same mileage.

The effective final drive ratio for the 6mn is 1.71. The A6 is within hundredths of the same, with the standard axle ratio.
