New Keyfob Programming Problem.... And Learned Settings
I need some help, in a nutshell how do you delete the known keyfobs from the car?
I recently purchased a new style fob from a forum member...Thanks Gary
.....And followed the programming procedures. The issue was I read the directions and thought that i could "choose" which number fob it would be, now as I know I cant do that.
Anyways help would be appreciated on how to delete the known fobs to start fresh.
Also can you delete the learned information the car stores such as transmission driving habits, etc?

However, the instructions in the following post may work if you follow them exactly. Of course, in your case, you will not be placing an "unrecognized fob" in the transmitter pocket. Give it a try - it may save you a trip to the General.

Your only option may be taking it in to Mr. Goodwrench and having him do the "programming".
However, the instructions in the following post may work if you follow them exactly. Of course, in your case, you will not be placing an "unrecognized fob" in the transmitter pocket. Give it a try - it may save you a trip to the General.
