I pick up my Crystal Red Corvette tomorrow at the Museum. After reading a lot of the comments about the tour, I know it will be great.
I ordered it through MacMulkin Chevrolet after hearing all of the recommendations from people on the Forum. Tommy Jr has been great to work with throughout this process, and makes the buying process simple and straightforward.
Aside from the color the other options are 2LT, MXO, NPP, two tone titanium gray seats, NPP, GU2. I'm looking forward to the exhaust system and paddle shifters.
Thanks to all of the useful information on the Forum
Hey Alan, and good luck to you! Enjoy the tour and the people there. And don't forget: enjoy that ride!!!!
PS I almost forgot: when you get back WITH ALL THOSE PICS, you will not be allowed to post on CF unless you have pics to post with it. In other words, YOU HAVE TO POST WITH PICS.....j/k .... sort of....
I was just up there before thanksgiving. You are going to love it!!! Take your time on the factory tour and ask lots of questions. Great way to learn about your car. The museum tour is excellent as well. Lots to see and don't get rushed through it although I know you will be chomping at the bit to get behind the wheel of the new ride!

Hey Alan, a Big “HELLO” from Forest Hill, Maryland.
Welcome to the “Corvette Jungle” , where the Vette owners are always restless! Congratulations on your beautiful new Corvette! Now drive America’s only “Exotic Muscle Sports Car Icon”, enjoy the fun, thrills and excitement. Feel the Vette V-8 power as often as possible, laugh and sing …I do, and I have the ”Corvette Smile” all the time. There is never enough Vette V-8 power driving time. I wish you many miles of “Corvette Smiles” with your new ride.
Congrats, Alan! You're in for a fantastic experience. I'm sure others here will agree that taking delivery of one's first Corvette ranks right up there with the very best of life's other firsts, er, if you know what I mean. That's the way it was for me, at least.
