Default Enhancer Gels

These Enhancer Gels that RPI Designs sells are great! They stick multiple times anywhere and look great on my 2006 C6 visors (they hide the ugly yellow decals that you always see when you are driving down the road and also look great when you flip the visors down so that they show when someone is looking thru your windshield). Go here to see the thread:

Great Christmas present!

I don't see any ugly yellow decals on my visors ever since I removed them.

Default REply

I just got a new C6, so I thought I would post on here, haven't had a Corvette since 05. Thanks for the warm reply dashotgun and silverspeed, now I remember why I havent posted on here in a while! I thought it might be fun and friendly. Now I know why some people do not like Corvette owners.

Welcome to the Forum.
I hear you; I rarely post here or on other forums. The sarcasm and outright rudeness gets old quick.
Anyways, thanks for the info on the RPI products.

Default Thanks

Thanks for the FRIENDLY replies. I am glad to see I am not the only one that has had rude remarks from some Corvette people (who seem to think everyone else is a "newbie"!) I have probably owned Corvettes before most of them have been born. I owned a 65 in 1968 and have had over 20 since, just not a C6 till now.

Aloha and welcome to the CF, don't let a few disuade you from posting here, on the most part the regulars are friendly and helpful. Hope to see you around.

Sorry for the smarta** comments by a few "experts".Nothing wrong with being a newbie. I have learned more by listening than by talking. Sense you may feel the same way. Congrats on the new ride!

Congrats on your new ride and welcome to the forum, As stated above some people have their own way of thinking (like you are the inventor of the gels and are going to make millions at the expence of forum members) sometimes I don't understand why moderators let the rude posters continue. But hey, keep posting

shill (shĭl) Slang.
n.
One who poses as a satisfied customer or an enthusiastic gambler to dupe bystanders into participating in a swindle.

Wow, you just slung mud at the new guy, the product and the vendor. Cool word though. I think I'll add this word to my vocabulary but probably wouldn't have used it here on a newbie.
