C6 door reflector (or light?)
I have a 2006 C6 Coupe. There is a red reflector on the lower rear of the door panel (both doors). I just want to confirm this is NOT a light?
Some cars have these and they illuminate when open. Mine does not.

I bought a roll of red reflective tape and cut it into 1" squares. Lined back edge of door frame with them. Added safety when opening door at night.
Can also use on edge of trunk lid.
Been doing this for years.
