, Is this car going to be licensed in CA? If so you may run into problems with the smog certification, which CA motor vehicles will require that the car meet or exceeds CA emission standards.

All C6's are 50 state legal and have sticker stating so.
Regardless of what the sticker and Chevrolet say those folks living in the kingdom of Kali-forn-ia have to have their cars which are bought from out-of-state dealers smog checked. Several of those people have posted here in other threads.
The problem is, all have reported that no one in that state yet has a smog tester that is CAN compliant, so the car has to be taken to a smog referee and they sign off on it without checking anything. Makes me glad I don't live there. Talk about government run amuck. Oh and they charge for all that nonsense.

The reason they don't check anything is because of the sticker that's on all C6's.
