Vettessentials and DS vettes do some really nice work for a price and everyone raves about their products. I thought I'd give Redline a try. $110 for Shift boot, Brake boot and Armrest cover. As long as you're not finicky on color match. I went with 2 tone black and charcoal for the set. I'll try some 1/4" neoprene under it and see how it goes..Nothing ventured, nothing gained....

Default if you feel like doing it yourself...

I purchased the padded cover from Mid America Motorworks which fits over the standard console lid. It is a nicely finished well padded item, but you must remove the base plate from the lid, apply double sided tape (supplied) and fit the pad over the lid. It takes about an hour in total. Here is a link to look at the pics and install info.

Downsouth Vettes for my center console.

You can purchase the console cover by DSVettes from Top Flight Reproductions or direct from DSVettes. The cost varies by how much you want Gerardo to personalize your particular cover. As far as a simple two tone with contrasting or matching stitching you should expect to pay about $220 and you'll need to send in your console cover as a core.

Down south vettes (DSV), their quality is unmatched! The difference between stock and DSV's leather is scary!

Al, Here are pictures from Gene's website. I do not have any pictures of my console. You also get to keep your old console. Hope this helps out. Leif

On cars, in this price range, seems that GM would build this feature in. -- Maybe 09 ?????? --
