The only difference in the two interiors is the seats. Both interiors have ebony upper dash, upper doors, and carpets. They also have titanium lower dash, lower doors, seat belts, and console lid & trim.
The "all titanium" has seats that are solid titanium in color, like these (compliments of FloydSummerOf68):
The "2-tone" titanium/ebony (a $695 option) has seats that are titanium on the inner sections with ebony on the outers; they also have the C6 flags embroidered in the upper backs. Here's harry2's picture for easy reference:
