Default Sun Visor Warnings

Before I try it ,does anyone know if the warnings they put on the sun visors concerning the air bags can be removed easily. Thanks.

Yes, do a search but the easy thing to do is heat them with a hair dryer and then peel them off very carefully.

When you're done peeling them away take a cotton cloth with some goo gone and remove the residue that's left.

Then restore the 'nap' to the visor with an old brush or toothbrush. Piece of cake.

I'm with you on this one.
I have partially tried on mine, started simple...

I don't have a choice now... I have to finish it!

This was my original intention.
I never finished as it became more difficult as I continued.

Have you actually done it?
Goo-gone? Goof-off? (I usually use Goof-off)

They also have water soluable Goof-off.

Yes I have removed my visor stickers in the very same manner as I described, and I used goo gone but goof off should work fine.

Anything that dissolves sticker residue should work, except I probably wouldn't use lighter fluid because naptha might discolor the visor.

I used a hair dryer and a soft brush.

very easy, takes ~5 minutes. just heat a corner of the sticker and get it warm before you try to peel it off, pulls off in one piece

Default Sun Visor Labels

Look at RPI Designs - for the sun visor label decals with the C6 logo.

Fit right over the factory decals & look great. Easy to install.

Just get a personalized sticker to cover them up. Several forum vender's sell them. That's what I did.

There's already more than enough logos on the C6 without adding more to the sun visors

I never understood the point of covering up stickers with more stickers but to each his own I guess.

Luckily I haven't yet seen a thread "how do I remove my visor sticker cover up stickers".

... and yet another vote for "no mo logos".

I'll be pulling my stickers this weekend. Hair dryer, goo-gone, brush, I am set to tackle the job.
