There seems to be a fair amount of info about the 2009 ZR1--can anyone provide an estimate of when info about the 2009 coupe and vert will start to come?
The plant at Bowling Green usually starts new year's models about the end of June or first of July. They will be built in BG. Some info. will come out at the Detroit Auto Show next month.
If you don't get enough opinions here, these folks may have some more.

The info is released every year toward the end of April. Anything before that is just speculation, but you can count on a LOT of that between now and then.
Details about the 2009 coupe and convertible will become available the end of April. The unveiling happens the last weekend in April each year at the National Corvette Museum.
Will there be a convertible ZR-1???? I didn't think they would make one since the ZR-1 will be using the aluminum frame that the ZO6 has, therefore making the roof an integral structure. Especially since the torque this monster will produce would most definitely cause some frame twisting.

Paul, are you going to be there again this year doing your reporting? Sure was a help to me for this year's car.
Thousands of pictures? How the heck can THAT be bad!!!! You were the first, if I recall, to highlight with pics the NPP exhaust, the 'Gumby' wheels, etc.
It was a great scoop and tremendous information for all of us who weren't there, I say.

There will not be a convertible ZR-1. I think he meant, we've heard all this about the ZR1 for 2009. When will we hear about the coupe and convertible 2009 models?
