When looking at advertised filter efficiency, look down in the fine print for the ISO 4548-12 at whatever microns.
I like and use the Fram Ultra line of oil filters. With metal end caps and full synthetic media, Fram rates this filter 99% @ 20 microns. $9 bucks at WalMart or Amazon, it’s the best value going.
