There are probably 2 part numbers: one with F55 and one without. The touring/sport **** is different for 2008s and appears to be an integral part of the console instead of being mounted on an insert. (tombstone?)

This bezel does not have leather or carbon fiber. It is a matte black
finish instead of the previous silver/gray finish.
Note: This does not fit convertibles with power top!

Actually, there are 4-part numbers for the console(s) and 1-part number for the F55 ****. You have Heated Seats/F55 – [08shf55] – 402.40; Heated Seats/No F55 [08shnf] – 394.40; No Heated Seats/F55[08nhf55] – 384.46; No Heated Seats/No F55 [08nhnf] – 376.46
