Battery fix
A week or so ago I asked what to expect when I took the car to the dealer with a dead battery(2005 A4 15,600 miles) .Happy to report they R&R'd it at zero cost to me.Being that the car is 15 months old I was expecting a pro-rate charge.So the week ended on a good note.
Great, always nice to get that kind of surprise from the dealer.

Wouldn't a 2005 be more than 15 months old a week ago? My 36 month warranty is almost up on my 2005

Good to hear.
Remember, pro-rated only applies to buying a battery over the counter.
Bad batteries will be replaced free of charge by the dealer if the car is still under the bumper to bumper 3/36,000
